On Ice with Coach Brendan

1-on-1 On-Ice Development

Personalized on-ice training built around individual skill development. Sessions focus on skating mechanics, shooting technique, puck skills, hockey IQ, and correcting habits through real-game scenarios. Every rep is tailored to the player’s position, strengths, and areas for growth.

Small Group On-Ice Training

High-tempo small group sessions designed to develop skills under pressure. Players work on puck protection, skating efficiency, shooting, and decision-making, while competing in game-like drills that challenge hockey IQ and execution at speed.

Structured team sessions emphasizing skill development within team systems. Focus areas include skating, puck movement, shooting, spacing, and situational awareness, using real-game scenarios to build confidence, chemistry, and on-ice habits that translate directly to competition.

On-Ice Goalie Training – Coach Ryan Tendeck

On-ice goalie sessions focused on technical development, movement efficiency, and game-readiness. Training emphasizes skating, positioning, rebound control, puck tracking, and decision-making through real-game scenarios, helping goalies build confidence, consistency, and compete at a higher level.
